Thank you for choosing R&R Solution. All of the personal information that is collected by R&R
Solution is collected only for the following purposes:
• To establish and maintain your confidential applicant file
• To assist you with your job/career search – Coaching, advisory, interview preparation, employment
contract negotiation, present profile to perspective employers
• To assist R&R’s clients with finding skilled employees
• To ensure that R&R complies with legal and contractual obligations owed to clients
Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose, not listed above without
proper consent. R&R Solution may collect, use or disclose personal information without your
consent in exceptional circumstances where such collection, use or disclosure is permitted or
required by law.
Third Party Service Providers & Other Third Parties
R&R’s policy is not to provide personal information to any third party except in the limited circumstances
outlined below.
• Third party Criminal Check service provider: company utilizes the services of the local RCMP for
these only if required by a client.
• Third party Credit Check service provider: company utilizes the services of your financial institution to
process credit checks; and you would be required to complete an additional form. These are only
completed if required by our client.
• Client Companies: In order to provide client organizations with our superior service and to assist
applicants with their job search, company must disclose certain applicant/employee information to our
Clients; including your resume and all notes obtained from conversations both in person, video and by
phone.
• Emergency Services: In case of an emergency, company would disclose the necessary personal
information to emergency personnel.
• Law enforcement agencies: The company would disclose Personal information in case of
emergencies, for internal security matters or where required by court order or search warrant.
R&R Solution takes all of the necessary precautions to ensure the safeguarding of your information, whether
it is stored electronically or in paper format. Information is stored in secure facilities, protected from
unauthorized access and kept only for the time period it is reasonably required.
An applicant may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable
